Over the years . . .
our family of customers have been with us through thick and thin. And very often, when we interface with people coming to get their products it turns into a time of fellowship and laughter and hugs and at the very least heartfelt greetings and joy. In addition to our on farm stand we also deliver to several locations in the South Central VA area including home deliveries!
Three generations work together at Our Father’s Farm to help provide your family with the highest quality products… the very best, cleanest, nutrient-dense farm-fresh foods, raised with love. We are honored to have the opportunity to do this. God showed us, before we returned from Africa, where we served as missionaries for seven years, that Americans might have a lot of things to eat, but they are lacking real food. Africans have less to eat, but most of what they have is real food. It’s a funny anomaly. But if you look at the health of the general public you see and might have experienced the consequences that come from a lack of God-made food. God directed us to do what we do as an act of worship to Him as we join in His created design and seek to provide you and your loved ones with God made food.
We strive first of all to raise faithful, responsible, and mature young people who will be useful for their Master’s service. After serving in Africa for 7 years, and much prayer God directed us to farming as a great place to do this. We have been so blessed to learn how the daily inescapable work and stewardship on a homestead provide an amazing place to learn life-skills in order to be equipped for whatever God has in store!
Our Father’s Farm animals are raised naturally on lush grass pasture. This ensures the healthiest, best-tasting food around by giving the animals an environment that allows them to live and grow the way they were created. We ascribe to natural old-time farming techniques which honor and partner with God’s design and which traditional cultures have used for generations around the world. All of the products at Our Father’s Farm are free of hormones, animal by-products, GMO’s, synthetic chemicals, and antibiotics. Nourish yourself – you’re worth it!
We are grateful for your support. Together we are building a better future. Join our “family of customers” Come check out the farm for yourselves. Our prayer is that God would be blessed to be here, that we would submit to and love Him with all our hearts, and from that overflows love for all who come.

Our roots
The Origin Story
Wild Ducks Farm was the farm Jack was raised on in New Jersey. His parents both had a vision for natural farming and raising their sons on a homestead. Unfortunately, when Jack was 11 they had to sell the farm and move, but almost 30 years later the farming vision was rekindled when Jack and Kim purchased the farm in Virginia.
Kim’s parents were instrumental in pointing the family to Christ. The Lord took them home at young ages, but before Kim’s dad passed he had jumped fully on board with the family farm vision hoping to join it.
Jack’s mom spent the end of her days until she was 97 on our farm, supporting the family.
We are grateful for all of our parents.
The name Our Father’s Farm honors Louis and Jacqueline Fuhrmann who planted the vision for farming in their son, as well as Gordie and Sheila Breault who supported us all the way here.
But most of all — Our Father in heaven.

From the first day until now . . .
The Fuhrmann family, or at least our branch of it, was established in 1995 when Jack and Kim were married.
God has led us down an exciting road; the last stop before this was in the heart of Africa where we served as missionaries for seven years. Now, God has clearly led us here and what a joy it is! God has shown great grace to our family as it has grown to include 9 sweet children, Jack’s brother Alain, a growing number of grandchildren and Grandmere (Grandma in French. With sadness and gratefulness we share Grandmere passed into eternity with Jesus just a little bit shy of her 97th birthday in 2024. She is missed, but she would be so happy to see the farm and family continuing to grow, love, and serve others!)
Our heart and desire is to raise the children God has entrusted to us to be mighty in Spirit, to be godly children that will be equipped to serve Him anywhere, doing anything He might call them to do. God led us to the family farm business. Through our farm we are able to serve the community with healthy, life-giving foods raised and grown the way God created them to be. We also desire that our home would be a ministry center where people can come for short or long periods of time so that we might learn from one another. We count it a privilege to be in this place and an honor to serve you. Working hard together on this farm is a way we say I love you to the Lord and to you!
The farm has been in use since the late 1800s. Our family was established here on this land in 2008 and have been farming ever since. We are indebted to our forefathers for all that we have, especially to our Father who is in heaven. We desire to honor the legacy of our parents and those from generations past that prepared such a place for us.
To God be the Glory. Great things He hath done.
